Care & Compassion
Within Pulsation supervision there is care and compassion and an ongoing support for your personal growth and to follow what is alive for you to follow.
There is a commitment to viewing the whole of you, in a holistic framework that both Eastern medicine and Radix work from. Allowing for all parts to be welcome, not just the pleasing and comfortable. Space is given to be seen, heard, to be validated in your experiences of where you are and how you feel.
Understanding and support is available. You will be related to as a whole person, not seeing work and profession as separate but part of your life, all of your life.
We can only truly be reflective and change if we come from care and compassion for ourselves, as well as another, berating and being critical does little to allow for recognition of new awareness and recognising our learning edges, what could have been done differently and what you learnt and would change, only being possible when we accept and allow for recognising that something could have been different, its hard to get to a point of recognising something could have been done differently, if we are rigid and defensive, unable to feel into what happened. You will be encouraged to soften and feel. This does not mean that as clinicians we are not accountable for the decisions we make, but we are often best placed to learn and become conscious of parts that were not available to us, if we allow ourselves to feel what happened.
Part of pulsation supervision is finding out how supervision can usefully challenge, allow for growth and be supportive and resourcing for you as a clinician/practitioner/therapist/facilitator.
Pulsation supervision is a compassionate and caring space for you to explore more of yourself.
Aliveness: We often focus on the negative the challenges in supervision space, often the challenge for many, is resting in pleasure and joy of what is nourishing you, interesting to you, alive for you. Often this is the place to start.
Empowerment and choice: Supporting you in finding your own voice, that is rooted in your contact with your core and authenticity. The more capacity we have to look inward, to feel, to be with our lives with all of life deeply and with presence, the more choice becomes available to us in how we respond to the different meetings and challenges that our human lives bring.
